Toilet humor is Ron Gilbert's style? Everything I read about this is the exact opposite of what made Monkey Island great. Haven't played the game and doubt I ever will unless more people like you start saying how good it is.

I was really disappointed when I read what this game was all about, hopefully they were wrong because I loved the Monkey Island series.

Steam announces they are accepting pre-purchases of the Windows and OS X editions of Deathspank: Thongs of Virtue. Word is the Windows edition of the action/RPG sequel from Ron Gilbert will be released on November 30, with the OS X edition to follow on December 14. Word is: "Join DeathSpank in the hunt for the Thongs of Virtue! Fight through war-torn battlefields, tame the High Plains and sail the savage seas."
