Allright, so I'm currently replaying G3 with the latest community patch, and it's great.

Despite that, I'm feeling I'm getting a bit burned on it and want to try something else to alternate a bit… But I can't seem to choose what. I can't decide between Div2: DKS, TW2 or Fallout: NV.

So, a little help would be appreciated. :)

From what I gathered of the three games:
- Div2: DKS => good first half, boring second + respawning in dungeons (ugh, hate respawning, stopped playing D2 because of it).
- TW2 => pretty good quests, but some areas only accessible for MP (I fear this might bother the completionist in me). Oh, is there a weather system?
- Fallout: NV => pretty good I hear, but lots of bugs. I skipped F3 because of the horrendous dialogue and characters, does NV offer improvement over this? How's the "atmosphere" in towns, compared to Gothic? Do NPCs have their own schedule?

Which one is the better, in your opinion?
Thanks!

FNV is excellent, game of the year for me. The characters are much better than FO3, and the towns generally have a decent atmosphere. Nothing is as good as Gothic though in terms of character schedules and overall atmosphere in the camps.

I'd go with FNV personally, but it all depends on what you're in the mood for (fantasy or post apocalyptic, quite a difference).

Myes, to be honest I was already kind of leaning toward F:NV... I've read that there are lots of bugs, though. How's that after the latest patch?

Fantasy or post-apoc doesn't really matter, I'm game for both.

Then you skipped a great game. FO3 sucks out of the box, but once you properly adjust the balance with the right mods, it can be a very immersive experience.

Of the 3 games you're considering, I've heard the most positive feedback about FO:NV. I've had it since release day, but I'm waiting for a few more mods/patches before I start. It's very playable right now though.

F:NV Hands down winner. You may get lucky and have the same experience I did. Hardly a bug to be seen in my game :) From what I can gather the console version got the short end of the stick when it came to the bugs, but that's just a guess.

This is one of the oddest releases I've seen. Some people screaming about bugs galore and others saying the opposite. I crashed all of two times in that game. The biggest issue had to do with major slowdowns when being attacked by multiple NPCs. It had something to do with the facial expression software or DX10. Not sure what went on there, but it's fixed now.

Okay. Leaning more and more toward F:NV. :)

Any review in the works, by the way, for the three games I listed?
Also, any list of recommended mods for F:NV? Are you guys playing a modded version?

Before throwing mods at a game you ought to at least try it out without. Seriously.

I haven't played any of these games, so I can't recommend any of them.

Yes, I probably should. I forgot that this is not a Bethesda game. :p

With any Bethesda game (Morrowind + Oblivion) I played, I caught myself installing mods on top of it after half an hour of playtime. And even that wasn't enough to keep me interested to the finish.
