Just posted another playthrough on youtube. This time it's the very rare, unknown and unpublished Evil's Doom made exclusively for the Amiga platform.
Evil's Doom was developed by Olympia with employees from Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina. Some of it's developers were also working for Croteam (Serious Sam). Evil's Doom reached beta stage back in 96 but was blown off by the publisher thanks to too many bugs. The game ended up unfinished and was never released. Eventually the beta itself started to float around. 2010 fans took up the game, polished it's code and released a bugfixed edition that fixes the game so it can at least be played from start to end.
The game is similar to Dungeon Master or Eye of the Beholder, with an "overground" interface between underground dungeons. The story is quite ambitious but sometimes silly and often breaks the fourth wall. The game looks really good if one can get past that most of it is made in greyscales only.
Even if watching someone who can barely speak english fumble through an ancient bugfest doesn't intrigue you, others might find this obscure and almost esoteric title interesting enough to watch, at least to grasp what kind of game it is.
