Here is a weird question: how do I forget/remove/"unteach" perks through console? I tried learning them again, but they do not toggle.

If remove doesn't work, you could try;
give It_Perk_1H_1 0
(or even -1)
It might remove the Perk completly so you would have to add an one back which should be unlearned.

It doesn't seem to change anything. Any other ideas?
I did notice, on a side note, that if you use "give" with a perk parameter, you can end up with multiple instances of any ability. Also, if you clear your inventory through console, all your perks will be gone, too. Not just forgotten, but really gone. Can't be good for stability... :)

"multiple instances of any ability"
Yeah, thats what made me think it could work in reverse.
"all your perks will be gone,"
Well that's what you wanted right, I thought it might work this way and then you give yourself the Perks back but as Unlearned, unless I misundertand. :)

Did you read the thread at WoG (http://forum.worldofplayers.de/forum/showthread.php?p=2458926&#post2458926) ?

German is not really my cup of tea. I'll try to get some info out of it later, but at first glance there is nothing about removing perks.

Also in the document.
So far the only way to remove a perk is to:
Put everything you have into a chest.
Dispose your inventory (dispose)
Add all perks and spells manually (give)
Learn all perks and spells you want (teach)
Get your old stuff back from the chest
Optionally get your gold back (give)It's just not worth it.
