Ok I am gonna start this and anyone can add something if they like. :)
Maybe we should add the Special Perks as well?

Norris @ Reddock.
Master of 1H swords.

Marik @ Montera.
Master of Crossbow.

Lares @ Geldorn.
Master of Lock Picks.
Master of Pick Pockets.

Candela or Fraser @ stone ruins just north of Okara.
Master of Bow.

Uglasar @ Ishtar.
Master of Dual Weild.

Hogar @ Wolf Clan.
Master of 2H Weapons.

Ingvar @ Hammer Clan.
Master @ Smith.

Mana regeneration - Kyraouk or something, the high mage in Rhobars castle
Health regeneration - Kan, king of the orcs, and Rhobar, king of the rebels
Paladin - Rhobar

Those are fairly rare, so people should watch out for those perks. Also, I suspect the nomads have a master dual-wield trainer, to compensate for not being able to enter Ishtar, but I have yet to find one.

DeLazar @ Ishtar
Poison Arrows.

Bogir @ Wolf Clan.
Spirt of the Wolf.
Resist Cold..

T-something at the start of the desert - resist heat, after you've helped him kill some nomads.

Lars @ Silden, resistance to frost once you free him
Pavel @ Silden, spirit of the wolf once you follow him to his hut

Maylander
October 26th, 2006, 03:24
Shakyor @ Lago, master staff fighting
Ateras @ Oasis south of Bakaresh, master staff fighting

Turns out Improve Armor, didn't make it in the game, well at least the best I can tell from a translation of the German.
Funny thing is some keep saying Lares will teach Master Thief, but I believe its only Mater Locks and Master Pockets, at least he only offered me those 2, but I haven't done his mission yet, was focusing on get all the Teleporter Stones.

I am guessing Resist Poison and possibley Resist Weakness are in the Desert since they are the ones whom use poison, though I am not sure what casues Weakness.

Maylander
October 26th, 2006, 18:23
Weakness is the disease thing you get from lizards and such, making your stamina bar grey instead of yellow. Only way to cure it is to drink a strength potion or cast a cure weakness spell.

I have only found resist poison and weakness on armor(resist poison on elite hashishin armor, and resist weakness on water mage armor I think, you can buy that from Cronos).

Acleacius
October 26th, 2006, 20:15
Renwik @ Geldern.
Resistance to Weakness.

Petar @ Geldern.
Resistance to Poison.

Maylander
October 27th, 2006, 03:21
Interesting, I wonder how I never found those. I'll definetly get them both though on melee characters, as both are extremely annoying.

Now all we need to find is a mana regeneration teacher for the bad guys, and a dual-wield master trainer for the good guys.

Also, I'd really like to know what the ? perk is.

Acleacius
October 27th, 2006, 05:20
Heh, your not kidding especially the Poison since you can't use a spell on it like Weakness.

I take it you tried the Insert code for ? perk, since your console works?
That would help us know where to look at least I am guessing.

With that Fire resistance perk you mentioned I was worried, when you said kill Nomands, it was killing quest giving Nomands but reserching a little is seems they are Bandit Nomands which aren't involved in the overthrow.
Or am I reading the translation incorrectly, making them important to the MQ story?

Also we still don't know about Master Thief, yet or did I miss it?

Oh and I guess the different Mage power boost like Dark Mage and Water Mage, since I am guessing Xardas will teach Dark mage and the Head Fire Mage with Robar teaches Fire mage.

Maylander
October 27th, 2006, 12:29
Oh, I forgot to add those, here we go:
Master Water - Saturas@Ruins east of Mora Sul
Master Fire - Kunarryos(or something) @ Vengard
Master Dark - Trizig(or something) @ Temple in Bakaresh
Master Druid - Any druid except the one near Montera and Bogir in Wolf Clan, after you do a quest for them.

I've never tried to find master thief, but I might try later. I haven't tried the ? perk insert code, I'll see if I can get it to work.

Also, the nomads you kill for the quest near Braga are only related to that quest, so killing them with the guy who teaches fire resistance is no problem. The first real nomad you meet south of Braga will tell you that certain nomads now follow Beliar and are mad and can be killed at sight(they are always hostile), while others follow Adanos(and are friendly).

I do not think the mage in the top of Rhobar's castle teach Fire Mage at all, at least I do not get the option.

Maylander
October 28th, 2006, 23:48
Humm, where did I get it then? Maybe the head of the monestary.

Acleacius
October 29th, 2006, 00:34
I got it at the castle, you remembered correctly Maylander, not sure why JemyM isn't getting the option.
Oh wait are you talking to the guy in the tower or the one next to Robar?
Go way up top. ;)
There are 2 teleporter Stones up there, don't forget them. :)

JemyM
October 29th, 2006, 00:59
I am talking to the guy in the top of the tower, who claims to be the highest fire mage of the realm. Do I need to complete anything or fulfill any prerequisites before he offers me to learn? I have +200 AK.

Maylander
October 29th, 2006, 01:10
Have you done a lot against Innos or the rebels? Maybe not enough? It might be reputation based for all I know, I never tried getting it from it before I had 50+ reputation with the rebels.

At any rate - it's no loss. It doesn't affect your fireballs, rain of fire or meteor, only domination.

He did teach you mana regeneration though right? If not, something is seriously wrong, and you'll have quite a problem in Nordmar.

JemyM
October 29th, 2006, 02:27
I have 40 Reputation with the rebels. I have not done anything against Innos or the Rebels as far as I know. So far I have helped the Rebels out as far as I can without upsetting any orcs.

He did teach me mana generation. I have to check back on his dialogue as soon as I can find the teleporter stone in Silden. The guide to the 2nd stone in the other thread was almost impossible to understand :D

Acleacius
October 29th, 2006, 02:42
It must be Rep then maybe 50 not sure, can't recall what I had at the time.

Maylander
October 29th, 2006, 02:52
Silden Teleporter Stone:
It is located near the stone circle north east of the city. Just exit the city through one of the exits in the slave camp and look around for a stone circle - the teleporter stone is in the middle of it.

JemyM
October 29th, 2006, 03:36
Karrypto is his name.
I have 44 reputation, and theese are my options:
Ancient Knowledge +1
Ancient Knowledge +5
I want to learn staff fighting
I want to improve my skill with the staff
Show me how to use magical staves

Sidenote: I can learn "highest knowledge of the druids".

I will continue my search, I feel like I am clogging up a great thread with theese questions though so I should stop doing that.

Maylander
October 29th, 2006, 09:08
He won't teach it to you as part of the "Teach me ancient knowledge" option. All spell masteries have their own option in the initial conversation, so it should say:
"Teach me ancient knowledge"
"Teach me fire mastery(5lp, 5000gold)"

They're two seperate options.

Verified. I have 55 reputation with the rebels, and I still do not get that speech option. I almost feel ready to cheat myself to it. Maybe I must complete the Fire Chalice quest before I can get it?

Acleacius
October 30th, 2006, 01:39
No I got it and didn't complete Fire Chalice, i.e. I only have 6 at the time and had not been to Nordar yet.
Ahhh I bet I know what it is, could be Rep in Vangaurd?

JemyM
October 30th, 2006, 02:03
I have 75 rep in Vangard. Finding thoose saws and hammers is going to take a looong time considering they cant be bought in stores.

Acleacius
October 30th, 2006, 05:07
Nah, you just go into Cape Dun and get them from the Slaves there then either Teleport out to Reddock and back again, or just walk up the hill and they will spawn more. :)

JemyM
October 30th, 2006, 06:12
You mean like slaying all the freed slaves for the good of the kingdom?

Maylander
October 30th, 2006, 07:20
That's not it either though, it must be a bug. I don't think I had more than 75% with Vangard, nor did I have more than 55 with the rebels.

Acleacius
October 30th, 2006, 09:35
NAh, silly you knock them down and when they get back up they respawn Saw and Hammers. ;)

Oh, I owe you an appoligy or its a bug as Maylaner mentioned, I hate giving bad info. :(
I could have sworn I got Fire Mage from him, but as I started a new game with Patch 2, now he doesn't offer it to me.
I even tried setting my Rep to 100 with the Rebels and Vanguard, I really didn't do anything different .

Omg, except Liberating towns, now I wonder if thats it?
I had Liberted 3 towns I think, Adern, Cape Dun, Montera and Gotha.
Wait does Gotha count since the are more guarding it, than occuping it. well either way I had killed them all too at Gotha.

Edit
Also Vanguard since I killed all the Commanders and Orcs on the way to the Castle, but again I am not sure Vanguard counts as being Liberated, wish I knew more or there was checkable stats for Hostility State as there is for Friendly State, so you could know when to be careful, doh!

Ok Lares does Not teach Master Thief even after you do his job.

So we have;
Make Poison (broken).
Improve Armor (missing).
Master Thief (missing).
Secret Fighting Perk (missing)
Make Exploding Arrows (missing).

So if anyone can try to add these with the console to see if they will actually work or know whom teaches one of the 4 missing Perks, would be a great help. :)

Oh and until we know further Fire Mage Perk is bugged or needs certian number of Liberated towns before its available.

Acleacius
November 1st, 2006, 10:43
OK, Make Poison is definatly Broken and will not work without some patch.

I was able to get my Console working by unpacking my Pak files.
I could type, teach It_Perk_PotionPoison and it did show up, I had recipes and all ingredents.
When I tried to make one it Still said Not Enough Skill, I even tried boosting my Alchemy Knowledge to 400, with no luck.

Maylander
November 1st, 2006, 10:57
Yep, it's bugged.

Acleacius
November 1st, 2006, 17:12
Master Thief does work, instead of just Picking Pocket, you Sneak up to someone sleeping and take all their inventory as if they were Knocked down.
As far as I know at this point there is no ingame trainer and you must give yourself the Perk, atm.

JemyM

Right when you enter Silden there's a hunter offering you a guide to his hunting cabin further up. He can teach you Acrobatics and Endurance of the Wolf.

Lars, a Nordmar slave, also in Silden, can teach you Resistance to Cold.

Maylander
November 2nd, 2006, 03:51
Lars and Pavel, yes, I added them about 30% down the first page, but you are indeed correct. :)

JemyM

I have found a guy called Vibald who seems to be extreme when it comes to explosives, and he also sell Exploding Arrows. He's in a hard-to-find hut west of the Hammer Clan, below the "am" in "Hammer". He might help in making Exploding Arrows but I do not have the Fire Arrow perk neccessary.

Maylander
November 2nd, 2006, 18:07
He certainly is the logical choice to teach you explosive arrows, but he won't. The perk explosive arrows has no teacher at the moment, at least not that we know of.

Acleacius
November 3rd, 2006, 08:22
Right everyone seems to find the guy but when he says he will sell/teach (can't remember atm) he doesn't.
You can teach yourself Explosive Arrows which seems reasonable since it is broken in the game, but you seem to need (if I remember correctly) 1 Fire Golem Heart per Fricking arrow!
This is So Insane, I find Tons of these as loot, there can't be that many Fire Golems, it would be similar in number to the current number of Orcs.

Maylander
November 3rd, 2006, 12:09
True, there are a few in the desert but that's about it I'm afraid.

Acleacius
November 3rd, 2006, 14:54
Would have been more reasonable/realistic/believable for say 1 Fire Golem Heart for 50 Explosive Arrows.

Is there a Nomad who is master trainer of dual wield fighting?

Cm
July 6th, 2007, 18:30
It would be nice to have all these added to the wiki as well.

jmurdock
July 7th, 2007, 02:49
no. If you don't get to ishtar you need master sword to get it. Or else cheat LOL.

milamber
July 7th, 2007, 14:13

Just make a master sword (bonus master dual swords), 2x Kantanas is a problem tho :(. The blacksmith in Bel Saha? (town with the undead problem) has the recipe
