If you wish you give it to the fellow in normar in the fire clan near the statue of Innos. That's only if you have the community patch installed. It doesn't work that way otherwise.

Normally it is yoy who is paladin number 12, have been a lot of discussions of it in the forum, try search and you will find them ;)
