Bethsoft has announced Inon Zur (http://www.inonzur.com/) (Icewind Dale and so many others) as the composer for Fallout 3 (http://bethblog.com/index.php/2008/05/07/inon-zur-announced-as-fallout-3-composer/). You can check out some samples on the official site (http://fallout.bethsoft.com/eng/downloads/music.html) and apparently an interview will be forthcoming in the next few days.
