What is it with sites taking a Fallout 3 brief and breaking it into a bunch of minor tidbits? What I find interesting is that they keep jabbing about a hands-on preview. Now either they don't understand the concept of hands-on, or they're the first media to play Fallout 3. Interesting if the latter. Hilarious if the former.
