mercenary quest in montera

i cant solve it can someone help me?

i became arena champion
i found ashton chest (dont know what to do with the list)
did all i could for that rebel spy
did all i could for bredly (cancelled the quest of the slaves)
did the quests for the farmers

You mean the Trust quest?
You do all the Rebel quest 3 around the city they tell you who the spy is and talk to him and he gives you a letter to give to Okara, but if you take it to the Merc leader it completes the quest.

If your going to liberate the city from the Orcs just wait till then, you can give the letter the Merc kill in his hut and take the letter back off his body [just steal something while he watches] you get the warning from the Orcs, then just take the high ground to keep from getting over whelmed and you good to go.

Just don't offer to kill the Rebel of the Merc after your quest completes as if you are liberating you will fail it or remain unsolved.

If your like me and hate Orcs getting away then kill the leader last, you will get more xp, its a little hard as sometimes you have to relocate to avoid killing him but the extra xp is nice. :)
