Where can I learn high level tranformation magic spells?

What the question says ;)
I would like to learn the slow time and open lock spells (my AK is more then sufficient), but can't seem to find anyone that can teach them to me.

you can only learn the 3 master spells of each class after siding with the appropriate god, which is near the final stages of the game. those spells you refer to are taught to you by saturas after you have chosen adanos. the other gods' spells are learned at shrines.

by the way the time bubble spell is a lot cooler/more useful than the 'black ore' in gothic 2

Ah great, thanks! A little weird though, because I definately haven't picked a side yet, but I do have the Beliar-spell were you can do a sort of an astral walk. Perhaps it's a bug that I was able to learn this spell, because it lasts extremely long (in fact I have never seen it end, I usually just reload).
