Masters Quests Problem

Hey, in the Library at Volcano Keep. there is a big crystal in the center of one of the rooms which blocks the use of magic…and above a door in that room there is a switch which could be activated with telekenisis. Is there anything quest related behind that door, and how do you get through it?
