Search for the five disks?

I am a hunter working with the Don, I have taken the Inquisitors quest to find the five disks.

I have the one the Druid Elric repaired.
I found one on the body of the Ogre in a eastern ruin
I found one on a lizardman priest somewhere.
I know the Don has one but he won't give it to me yet.

Anyone know where the last disk is?

Well I need a little help, I talked with that guy in bandit camp that sends me to talk with Patty, but she blabbering something and no more talks to me and i need that disk from her, looks i've got stuck. PLS HELP

Basically talk to patty and help her with the steelbeard quest, she will ask you to find 5 chest (i think)with clues.

Follow the quest line and at the end you will get the disk
