Where to buy scrolls?

I am at chapter 4 and i need scrolls. Levitation specially.

Never had to find a seller before, but now i miss them. I am playing a fighter so i won't make my own spells.

Any idea? I tried the monastary but there i can only buy runes or potions or scribe my own scrolls.

Yeah. I realized that. But it was frustrating knowing where everybody was in the first to chapters and then i start having to find people again. :)
