In refeference to The Witcher 2, you said in a forum thread "No it wouldn't dramatically change gameplay. but to use your own argument against you having bars at the top and bottom of the screen will not affect gameplay either." Just so you know, it does effect gameplay if you consider being able to read the text that appears on screen to be necessary to game play. I can barely make out the conversation text and can't make out the quest instructions at all. The game is utterly unplayable for me.

I felt compelled to post this to you just because you seemed so angry that those of us who cannot afford 16:9 monitors are complaining. I am glad that they will be releasing a patch, but when? The first patch is out now and no changes were made to the resolution problem unfortunately.
