That's what a girl's ought to be, and her involvement in more serious business, like those of their man, was always expected to be by means of social influence, underhanded manipulations, or witchy means.

It is the modern world which is sick with their obsession with turning most girls into tomboys who can't into beauty nor grace, who act like petite men with bust. Agreed. The financial status most of the time indirectly affects the culture/education level and also affects the personal values system. I find these variables to be mandatory for a working relationship. However, on the other hand it happens that I have witnessed a relationship where she was considerable poorer than him and they lasted together much more than anybody would have guessed, so like the majority of things it's not like it's carved in stone.

I know there's a cousin of mine like that. She has servants in her home. Parents gave her credit card. I didn't really like visiting her, but man, having servants just serve up food on the table is pretty great feeling. She knows ZERO cooking, and doesn't even wash her own clothes. Not girlfriend material to be sure.

That's girlfriend material if you already have servants at your own home anyway and you just need someone of the appropriate status to both be on the same level as well as represent you.
