I came to RPGdot looking for info on NWN. I migrated to the Watch with the rest of the 'Dot heads. Ive been gaming since gaming's birth, it's been a life long hobby of mine. I spent long hours playing Pong and such, and later sunk pretty much all my allowance and any other money I could scrape together into Defender, Spy Hunter, Karate Champ, Pac Man, etc. Then, I was hooked on Nintendo. Tho the fair sex and the onset of adulthood did pull me away from it for a while, I have always kinda had a Sega or something to play on when I got the chance. Then with real financial stability came computers for me, and with it Starcraft, Diablo, Baldurs Gate, Fallout, etc. And as they say, the rest is history ='.'=
Things I like
Dungeons and Dragons, gaming of course, i like exploration of abandoned buildings, I like hiking and exploring the mountains and coast. I like good coffee. I like cats
I really felt a connection with Morrowind. I liked Baldurs Gate series, and Fallout was great, and Ive run thru most of the prerequisite western rpgs, but Morrowind has pretty much been my favorite.
DAoC for roughly 6mos, WoW for like a year. I like other games too much to commit for any longer than that
I like and can get into most rts and action-adventure games, tho i have to admit that it's quite hard for me to enjoy pixel-hunter "adventure" titles.
I'm an avid collector of old, obscure, and foreign films. Mostly horror, but I like all genres actuall. I prolly have 250 dvds
I like the many different genres of metal, mostly gothic and doom metal. I'm also into gothic punk and industrial. Country, rap, and pop in general make me ill. Rap actually makes me violent.
I dont read much newer stuff, I pretty much stick to old Conan stories or weird old philosophy like Nietzche and all that when I do read. I like short and sweet, non-committal reading
