I'm surprised no one reported this yet. CD Projekt released there future plans, and I have to say there very ambitious. I wonder were the money to invest in all this came from?

Here is the document in pdf format. You will need Adobe Acrobat to read it. Warning it's in polish.

Here is an outline.

5. Launch of Cyberpunk 2077

6. Two smaller (about 20 hours of gameplay) but top-quality games supporting one of the product lines

7. A cross-platform mobile game based on one of CDPR's brands

8. Start of license sales for REDengine

9. Long-term Witcher 3 support involving completely new mechanisms

I will never forgive them point 6.
Unless that's to reinvest the cash into real RPGs.

It's a rough translation from Polish to English. Most translated articles don't sound to good in English. Especially machine translation from google.

They need money to finance there ambitions. I see no problem with it as long as they don't become to ambitious, and end up as the new Bioware in five years.

They're certainly investing quite a bit in their technology with at least 4 games built with the new engine + a separate bullet point regarding its licencing. I'm also not sure about #9, maybe a multiplayer mode depending on the success of TW3?

You got the gist of it CP althrough I would use "utilizing" rather than "involving". There is no hint at what those "mechanisms" could possibly be.

@Kostaz - multiplayer mode isn't exactly "completely new" is it?

From the prospect of growth.

At release, TW2 was butchered by NA reviewing and depicted as a buggy game, confusing game design decisions with bugs. In the same time, DA2, that was a buggy game on release, was given a free pass by the same NA reviewing which omitted to mention how buggy DA2 was.

The PR bureau in NA should better that situation.

TW2 was also released as a PC game in the first place, later ported to consoles.
This time, their future games are going to be cross platform released.

They can expect a couple millions copies sales more from those two points only.
