Printed Witcher manual?

I have the enhanced version of the Witcher which has the printed 'game guide' and the manual on pdf. I was wondering if the original US version (with the red cover) had a printed manual?

Did no one buy the first edition? I would just like to know if it had a printed manual.

I bought an imported, UK version. Came with a 72ish page manual inside the DVD case. Can't specifically address whether or not the U.S. version was any different in that regard.
