Nothing left to kill.
 

I have almost completed Risen. I am on level 26 but need more experience to defeat Inquisitor Mendosa. Problem is, to gain experience I have to kill, and I find there is nothing left on the island to kill. I have wiped out all life, wolves, moths, ghouls etc and am now having to kill my own men to gain experience, but this is not gaining me enough points. Interesting but frustration situation I have here.

Most people seem to finish Risen at level 27-28. Iirc I was level 28. I can't imagine it's that much harder to finish at level 26 though.

Are you sure you can't defeat Mendoza? Is everything pimped up and all potions swallowed?

Try it again a couple of times. If nothing helps use the god mode for this one encounter.
