Avernum: Escape From the Pit - Released on PC
 

Avernum: Escape from the Pit is now available for PC for $20 and, of course, there is a sizeable demo to try. The feature list as a reminder:

On the same day as Grimrock - what a bad idea!

I have slowly turned into a Steam junkie. That is, lots of cheap purchases, some not so cheap, all impulsive. I do believe $20 is too high for this title, so I can't wait to buy this one tonight for a fraction of the cost. Been looking forward to this release for awhile. I only played the demo years ago with no previous Spiderweb experience. If I'm disappointed no great loss, but I don't expect to be.

I am tempted to buy. (on steam)

But I allready have Avadon (that i barely started to play)

How does it compare to Avadon ?

Got it yesterday but it will have to wait till I'm done LoG. April is turning into the best rpg month of the year so far for me.
