Game of Thrones - v1.3 Patch

A v1.3 patch has been released for A Game of Thrones, though I can't find any change notes for the life of me. Here's the post from the official forums and if you know what it does, let us know:

GAME OF THRONES RPG 1.3.0.0 UPDATE (264 MB).

1. Click http://www.focus-files.com/patchs/GOT-R … .0-ALL.exe
2. Save AGOT-patch-1.3.0.0-ALL.exe application file on the hard disk.
3. Once download done, run AGOT-patch-1.3.0.0-ALL.exe and follow the instructions.

INSTALLATION UNDER WINDOWS VISTA AND WINDOWS 7:
Right mouse click AGOT-patch-1.3.0.0-ALL.exe application file and click Run as administrator.

The 1.3 update includes the 1.1 and 1.2 updates and fix the equip items and buy/sell issues.

But I can assure you, the game has been optimized alot from the first version. No crashes, short loadings, optimized controls and mouse. n probably bug fixes I didnt run into

We get this automatically if we bought the game on Steam, right?
