Wasteland 2 - Video Interview part 2 @ GamerHub

GamerHub has posted the second part of their video interview with Brian Fargo from InXile Entertainment. In it, Brian Fargo talks about the setting, his take on why rpgs need to have turnbased combat, his thoughts on pc and tablet gaming as well his take on why InXile's The Bard's Tale game wasn't a succes. More gameplay footage is not shown. There is the exact same pre rendered footage as shown in the first video that had already been shown earlier about 3 weeks ago. The rest of the "gameplay" footage is other games or a guy working in unity which certainly isn't gameplay footage.

Thank yoou for this :) That was great help to me. I've changed the information accordingly. And yes the gameplay footage is about the same in this part 2 as the one in part one. Still interesting to watch, though.

The kickstarter update on 11/1/2013 said the following:

Within a month or so, you can expect a new update which will show a few minutes of actual gameplay. The video will follow a slice of the Agricultural Center, which was designed by Mr. Chris Avellone. You'll see a team of four Rangers running around in the world, some early working HUD elements, a few combat encounters, a taste of dialog, and the ranger team using some of their skills. We’ve been working on each of these systems separately and this is the first time we've put them all together to get a small sample of the gameplay experience. It's beginning to look like a real game!

That will likely be the first decent gameplay video, not long to go :)
