A lot of the stuff that's listed doesn't even make sense to me. What's this supposed to mean?

Eh? Sounds like a spammer to me.

It does appear to be a real game, and yes it is spam. The players are getting in-game rewards for putting up links like this. It was decided that we'd allow this sort of stuff to remain as long as it was put in the right place (this one isn't technically in the right place, but it's close enough). I don't know if any Watchers are actually playing this stuff or not (I think it's one of those Asian MOBA games), but if they are these spam posts are actually useful.
