Never tried Genesis, went straight for MOTBW and lost interest due to bugs. Might give it a try. Would everyone recommend giving the vanilla version a go first before trying any mods?

Played Arena and thought is was amazing at the time, but it never gripped me enough to finish it. Daggerfall however, sucked me in and didn't let me go for 1000s of hours.

Yeah, think I'll give the game a go now as well. Was put of by a lot of the fan feedback, but am well glad that Double Bear have continued to improve things. Bodes well for Age of Decadence too.

Toff is spot on with Inquisitor, nothing going for it that isn't done 100 times better in any other RPG. Save up for Pillars of Eternity instead of wasting your couple of dollars.

Great game. Other than the game breaking bugs, the balance was seriously off between melee/ranged/tech/magic. Mods fixed most of those problems though.
