But did you see the headlines ? #1 hit smash daggerdale on x- box? If that is true then it justifies a crap game from a business perspective. They will continue to put out crap if it will sell.

yeah Me too. I downloaded and played but I added all the community patches— no way I would ever play the game without them anyway—so even with Win 7 compatibility— the game would be incomplete

Publisher rights? Nahh. Companies have been pushing Beta versions on us for years to get the money to finish development. So this not finished game is released in smaller markets so generate cash…
