Somewhat disappointing that the CRPG won't be set in a D&D setting but it's still something. Now I'm curious as to whether they'll use the PoE technology they've developed or go with something else.

They're very different in style but both worth a playthrough. KOTOR2 is indeed largely a Chris Avellone game so you'll definitely get a similar vibe to PS:T and encounter a Ravel-like character….
