Lots of bug fixes and nerfs to the "new difficulty" (made the lowest quality bows/arrows stronger and melee weapons stronger) which is meh - sledgehammer fix where a few taps would've been enough.

I tend to like progression too - I like to build a character.

Unrelated side note - I found GW2 to be boring as hell - it has some interesting content ideas that wear on you after dozens of levels…

One of the reasons my brother and I (and our friends that play co-op with us) have been playing ARK Survival Evolved obsessively like an MMORPG, and one of the reasons we only play 7DTD for a few…

Games like this always look interesting to me but I end up finding space a boring play to be. Probably a personal taste thing. I added it to my ridiculously long wish list to look into it further…

I'm generally "eh, whatever" about modding since the bulk of it is garbage, but out of that see of garbage a few gems often arise, and I did play and enjoy LongWar for XCOM:EU (and only that one but…

I'm not sure that I need ridiculously over the top graphics in this style of game, really - and even if the graphics are pretty (and so is the music and it's probably not the music you'd hear while…

I think this is a good and big change considering their previous stance has effectively been "no refunds" - you could get a refund if a game didn't work but only if you jumped thru moving hoops of…

Even great games can have flaws, and just about every great game that's console first design is immediately flawed by a crappy UI to suit the inferior controller - Witcher 3 is no different.

I would disagree that Long War is more like original XCOM, it's a bit more sadistic than that, IMO.

I would however recommend playing with Long War, even if you don't finish the game, because it…
