Mark Knopfler - Hill Farmer's Blue. The lyrics are pretty… "we have to sing something" but the music is awesome. I saw him live about a year ago and this was one of the best songs on that consert. It works better live, it's a pity you can't seem to find live clips with decent sound quality.
