For what is was supposed to be, or what it *could* have been, yes, it sucks. Maybe I was just expecting too much, but when I play a game that was hyped up to be a FPS-RPG hybrid with "depth", I expect more than a shooter with some generic skills tacked on, and ludicrous amounts of money and ammo randomly scattered all over the place.
