Overly harsh review, most likely based on anti-casual-market bias - which I can easily sympathise with.

But that's just my opinion

As far as shooters go, Bioshock 2 - much like BS1 - is pretty good and the story, shallow as it is, is still quite a bit ahead of the average shooter stuff.

I'd rate it 7.5/10 - something like that.
