Pretty standard stuff for a press release. I'm not sure what they mean by "all-new technical foundation" though? New engine? They're not re-using the one in Risen (which worked out very well I might add)?

In all honesty I was hoping to see a tweaked version of the Risen engine, so they could spend all their time improving and expanding on the foundation they created in Risen.

In any case: The statement is a little vague, so a clarification would be nice.
