My pyrosis/cardialgia (which word should I choose ?) is gone by now; yet this was an unpleasant day yesterday.

(Germans actually managed to officially translate a movie's title of originally "heartburn" into "Sodbrennen", which has nothing to do with the heart, but is the German word for pyrosis instead.)
