I've gotten 7 pages deep in the DDO forums and not found much useful outside of unanimous agreement that the built-in DDO builds suck. Most of the discussions are framed around a couple high level raids that I'll never qualify for, much less actually run. Most of the builds involved +2 supreme tomes or TRs. I might just camp out with the character plaaner and wing it.
