Only serious bug that I can recall hearing about was the winch in the Old Mine getting jammed. The only one I ever encountered personally was Gorn attacking me at the Free Mine.

Of course Gothic was already at version 1.08k by the time it hit stores over here, so we missed out on a lot of the nasty stuff.
