Berlin has won the second-city poll in a come-from-behind victory:
It was a hard-fought battle but as any geek can tell you, There Can Be Only One. . .
. . . and that's BERLIN!
That's right, Berlin came from behind and swept past Hong Kong, taking it's place as the second city in Shadowrun Returns.
