Default Vital Engine 3.0 tools (unpacker, QRE)

Hm, getting weird error on Unigen export:
"System cannot find a specific file, ProgID:
Excel.Application"
It's weird, because QRE worked with Precursors, but doesn't work with Xenus 2.
