That is actually a real youtube link, it is just a shortened URL. All youtube videos have links like that (for some strange reason Google thought it was a good idea to register youtu.be and let it be an alternative way of getting to youtube, but for those unaware of this, the links look rather fishy). If you upload a video to youtube, the "share" link that you get from the upload page will be a youtu.be link.
