The insider forum appears to be a place where deeper discussions are going on about what they're currently working on. I think it's just so that they'll have a smaller subgroup to interact with directly. This is where Madoc and crew will actually post, as opposed to the general forums which will be mostly fan-based chatter and speculation. In one post he talks about color and saturation and gives some examples and lets the insiders discuss. That type of thing.
