The list's last entry is pretty interesting.
It's Ubisoft Montreal who proved that it's not the crappy draconian DRM that sales games, but a good sense what the audience really wants. It could be seen both as good and as bad thing - without Montreal section Ubisoft would be very close to share the fate with Interplay and some of us wouldn't cry if they went down.
