Every time this happens we hear how laws need to be changed but nothing ever happens. This should be a wake up call.

Yes because if guns were illegal he could never get one. or maybe with no gun he hops on the Internet and makes a pipe bomb and blows up 100 children.

Simply making guns illegal wont solve this.
