Dishonored would probably be my GOTY if I had to pick one. Risen 2, Legend of Grimrock, and XCOM were all excellent as well.

Grimrock was far and away the best indie title. Although I have to admit I didn't play many indies this year. FTL would be my runner-up.

I haven't played ME3 yet, but based on my experience with ME 1&2, I don't expect to enjoy it as much as the other games I've mentioned.

The Escapist has The Walking Dead as their GOTY runner-up, and I've noticed it's ranked very high by other sites as well. I really need to see what all the fuss is about…
