If you mean that no weapon shows up in the ascension menu, thatīs because you need to have a standard (upgrade-able by titanite shards) weapon reinforced to +5 first, then youīll be able to modify it (possible paths depend on embers youīve already given to a blacksmith) and reinforce further.
