I've been playing that in between sessions of System Shock 2. It's definitely not a DK-style game, but it's ok once you accept that and get past the really clunky interface. With a bit of luck they'll tone down some of the micro-management in a patch and let you focus on the fun part of the game.

One word of warning, if you come across any treasure chests, wait to open them until you have a few full squads of high level minions you're not afraid to lose. Trust me.
