What I like at Might & Magic:

unique items
unique enemies
NO autoleveling
blocking ways with hard to beat enemies
traps
puzzles
riddles
high quest density
food system
many skills, spells, stats
balanced trade system (at least from lvl 1 to lvl 20)
riddle chests
trainers with quests
you can't learn everything with one char
solid dungeon design
challenging fights (at least from lvl 1 to lvl 25 at Warrior difficulty)
surprises
many books, hints, secrets
exploring every corner of the world is rewarding
limited inventory
