Are these guys some super-humans?

You can't kill them without wasting whole magazine on them, if you target their unarmored body. Also, their wooden shields "repulse" bullets. Only head-shots are effective.

Every shot from their muskets is very deadly (taking at minimum 3rd of full health). Plus they are very accurate with them on long distances.

I mean, WTF?
Fully armed paramilitaries armed to teeth are lesser challenge then these guys, with spear, shield and muskets.

I used their muskets on them !

Using the antique weapon makes it pretty tough!
After I finished this, and killed EVERY Indian on the map, my friend told me he just ran past the lot of them hardly firing a shot lol.

Using those muskets only makes sense if you manage to kill him with a single shot, else he will start chopping on you while it takes ages to reload that old thing, try the underwater gun instead, I had some better results with this one.
