Update: Lucy is doing better!
She can now control her bladder, and moving around a lot better now. I didnt have the heart to shave her little beard, I'm glad we shaved everything but that. Still drags her leg behind her, taking a step with it every now and then so it's coming back. If we just let her go, she'll go running dragging it behind her. Dogs really are amazing when it comes to recovery, take away one of their legs, who cares they got 3 more. Take away a human's leg, and theyre in bed and traumatized for god knows how long.
The vet today said she has made good progress, we need to just keep working with her. Yay! We are so thankful
