The Last Remnant - Now on Steam

Also, if you grab the retail version it has the Steam code on it, so like I did you can just enter the code and never have to insert the DVD.

I was very dissapointed by this demo, it really sucked, I ussually like the stuff square enix does, but this was just bleh!

The demo is only good to see if it will run on your system. It does nothing to introduce how the game works, which left me (and others presumably) rather confused. Some good game impressions are over at the Steam forum.

It is really a very typical jRPG - too many cutscenes, too little gameplay ... way too little control over your life ... it was a frustrating couple of hours getting started last night, especially with the new Company of Heroes sitting waiting patiently ...

What does it mean: "too many cutscenes"?? ;)

I'm still waiting on my X3:TC update from Steam.
