Way to early to judge anything here. I mean the sound and lighting are nice. But besides that most of this can be thrown together in unity within a week at most.
But I guess it was done to demonstrate the theme and style of the game, much like first drawings, and for that I guess it did a good job.

Wow, the sound effects needs some tweaking but it is overall spectacular.
Footsteps too loud, gun shots should be more intermittent, thunder and rain was prefect (sound wise), but I needed to hear some city voices and perhaps some machinery (cars?). But the overall mood was great. I am a audio/sound nut and really really really look forward to this game.
