Probably something to do with the EU. ;) Anyway, glad to hear it's on its way here. One of my most looked-forward to games.

I second that statement. I've been wanting to play a dragon ever since I found out you could in this one :)

We've got it here (New Zealand) as well so it isn't just the EU- though we have the UK version going by my rough knowledge of classification stickers.

I've already got it and begun playing it. I REALLY like it so far. The chars all have British accents, but I suspect those will be changed for the US release which might explain the delay!!

Why not import from the UK? I get a lot of games that way.

Unfortunately our currency (ZAR) is very weak against the pound, so importing from the UK is pretty pricey (worse than importing from USA, for some odd reason). There are also issues with our postal service (and long fingers) so you need to insure the goods or have them sent via a registered expedited service which adds a lot to the cost - local distributors obviously get a very favourable rate since they can offer the games (if they deign to import it) at a much lower rate than I can import it. Sometimes games do just suddenly appear locally tho - I bought Drakensang from gamersgate - a few weeks later it was in stores locally, although no one said they were going to import it when I asked…..I guess if they bought in DSang, they might import this too?
