Taklar and Secret Business.

Missing or broken quest ?

When you kill Taklar in Braga, there is a note which is from Bernado since when you right or left click during a loot, the letter goes into your inventory.

I can't figure out how to read letters or if its even possible because it doesn't show up in inventory even though its, there.

Next I went to a couple of people to see if it activated the quest but nothing, so I am stuck.
I can't read it, since I can't find it and I can't seem to start it.

Anyone got any ideas?

You can read them by going into the journal and checking out letters, it's the book symbol(or similar) when you press c for chacter screen(to the right). As you get up map, select one of the other tabs to find it.

I have read his letter, explaining that it's a weapon trade, but I can't do anything with it.
